Fix a great salad. All the trimmings. Set the table for her and make it as "user friendly" as you can. Make brownies for dessert. She won't be able to yell at you for trying to fatten her up because you made her something healthy. She won't be able to yell at you for insinuating that she needs to lose weight because you made brownies.
