I looked down at it and up to his face and smilied, didn't say a word, but he broke into the biggest grin and winked. Then some scankie looking chick came and dragged him away, chattering about the slow service and they would go some where else.

Sean, I wouldn't worry about it. If your with a close friend, have fun. If its a casual friend then just try to act natural, sure she probably noticed, but if it happened cause of her, she should take it as a compliment. And don't worry about strangers, most of them will not draw attention to it.
