PS
And I have some very good news. 
After a few attempts I heard back from the DB's. I was SO pleased when Mrs. DB called back and we were able to exchange old-people-talk  for about half hour.
Then the master himself go on the pipe bringing me up to date with his highjacked computer and the mega-grief getting it all squared away. Only issue now is he's having problems logging into Pixies. (being worked on)
Bottom line is he is alive & well and fighting his way back to Pixies
