45F with clear skies at 1:20am. High today expected to reach 60F but with … again … cloudy skies. Actually turned very nice in the late afternoon yesterday. Hopefully, we'll see that happen again today. Looks, too, like we're down to Thurs. and Sat. for the predicted light rain. Don't think we really need much if any right now.
