49F with mostly clear skies at 2:40am. High today expected to reach 50F but with mostly cloudy skies. Yesterday afternoon, it got warm enough I was able to get the front and side lawns mowed. Still have the back to do but at least it's not so visible from the street.

Looks like the weather might be improving temperature wise as the new week unfolds. Hope so anyway. Thursday through Saturday, though, there is a chance of some rain.
