Don't need to. I have a permanent exemption. Ever since my colon cancer I have more urgent needs on occasion to use a restroom and it's not likely the judge would want to interrupt a trial just to meet my emergency. He also wouldn't want to deal with the consequences of not interrupting the trial. ![Smilie](images/smilies/smile.gif) Fortunately our county has a very good lady in charge of jury selection and I was lucky to have one of the judges vouch for me. So, the exemption was made permanent. I'm really not against serving ... in fact, I offered to come and sit in the court room where I could sneak out should the need arise, but that wasn't necessary. So that's not "avoiding" exactly.
WYE wear a really silly or revealing costume to a costume party hosted by friends?
