I think it would be better to tell her and sooner rather than later... If you don't it might eat you up inside and drive you a little crazy.
I agree with the other guys here that said since she left the tape out (and made it in the first place) she probably won’t be too terribly shocked. Of course once you tell her, that’s it. You can’t UN-tell her. So you have to be sure. You know her a lot better than any of us (I think), so you will have to think about how she will feel knowing that you’ve seen everything that’s on that tape. Good luck!
