Lil---It probably won't help,but from previous dealings with Wal*Mart,I would suggest writting to the home of the company.
Also,try your town management,but they will probably,look at it
in a monetary way. Irish
P.S.The Town has to OK their building permit.They are supposed to include traffic changes,etc.Around here,Wal*Mart provided,
access roads,traffic signals,etc.As my father used to say,these
large corporations,have much more money to spend,then you do!
