There was an episode of Jackass where one of the guys encased a Hot Wheels car in a rubber and shoved it up his butt. The funny part was he then went to the hospital and got an x ray of it. There was an episode of House where a kid walked into the clinic to have an mp3 player removed from his butt. I highly doubt they'd raise an eyebrow to removing a bolt and nut from yours.
