That depends. I have lasted for over 45 minutes. I have also lasted very short times. It depends alot on the mood, and what the objective is. A night of body worship you can pace yourself and go for the long haul, if your in public somewhere and don't want to get caught, speed comes in handy. 5 minutes can be short, but it really only depends what the 2 of you are after. The fastest way to tell is to ask your partner if she/he is satisfied. That aside, if you want to add to your endurance, I have had no luck with trying to think of other things while at it, but concentrating on the partners pleasure and not on your own helps me.
