Right now so much of the SE US is saturated to the point where a heavy sprinkle (which is what I've seen mostly when I go out) could send a given area to the tipping point. We had some small flower sales last week, which we've been unable to complete because the garden is basically a mudpit now. And if it stopped raining today (which it hasn't), it would still take most of a week to dry out
