Hmmm... sounds somewhat reminiscent of "dubya" vs. Saddam...
Again, I want to emphasize that I "love" the U.S. and wouldn't want to leave, but I have to say that anyone who is willing to do the research will find that the best educated countries (in the realm of public education) are either Socialists or Communists. (i.e. Korea, Germany, etc...)
