Monday sucked. I was at workshops all day. I was back at work falling into bad habits. I woke up and started fresh today.

It's just a simple way to do sit ups instead of the floor. I have a really bad back so it is the best way for me to be able to focus on my stomach and not my back muscles. I do 50 crunches several times throughout the day. When I had a large tumor removed a couple of years ago I was left with a 13 inch abdominal incision that has to be dealt with as well when it come to sit ups.
