With my new house I've set a lot of new goals to break old habits/create new ones...
1) No more eating meals in the family room. Meals are to be ate at a table.
2) Use the treadmill daily, no one is preventing me from turning up the music as loud as I need to.
3) Get organized, get a plan, stick to it as a general theme for my life.
