I remember my day of cooking in a restaurant I worked over a month at one time with out a day off. It was partly my own fault after having worked 3 weeks with out a day off I had one. I was on my way out the door and the phone rang and I answered it and it was work they had a guy no call no show and wanted to know if I could come in and I did.
