After a day that reached into the 60s ... it's 36F and raining with the expectation that it'll turn over to snow and we'll get 2-4" to replace all that was melted yesterday. Flood watches are out until 3PM this afternoon.

I was sure spoiled by the day in the 60's. I'm ready for spring.
