I have encountered this in date a time or 20.

I view it as a minor issue at worse. I acept the first "quick" orgasm as just that, a quickie to get things along. If it is someone I know has the issue, I go down on him untl he has cum the first time, and then we play, (tongue fingers, etc.) for a while until he is ready again. Pretty much every time the second time (or rarely the third) is more relaxed, and lasting.
If he is first date and I am caught by surprise, I accept it and then see above.

The worse thing to do is for either of you to make an issue over it. I don't feel particularly put out that I turned on someone so much that they came quickly the first time. It's sort of a compliment.


The creams and so on are problematic, and I have had them affect MY sensation as well. Condoms do decrease penile sensation, and you probably should be using them anyway.
