I can usually hold out for roughly a week before at least my hand starts to wander down south. (Usually in the early hours of the morning).

Current medication has somewhat subdued my sexual drive and appetite of late though, which may mean I could probably push beyond a week.

(Not that I'm overly proud or excited about that )
