I've experienced both, and I am indifferent...as long as the guy focuses on keeping clean. It's a bit harder to make sure everything keeps clean when a guy is uncut.

/me shudders at the thought of how nasty the bits under the foreskin can get when not clean...not fun to encounter when trying to give head!
