I will have to look around but I could have sworn I just read that they had passed a law that allowed for teens to be removed from the list when the crimes involved consentual sex of all kinds between the ages of 15 and 17. I will have to look around some more.

Hmmm... I just asked Mr. Lil and he said that bill I heard about passed in Georgia. I get news from both states here.
