I was once with a girl who had a hood piercing, and it was the best sensation of my life, and since I was the first guy she was with after getting it pieced, she told me it was the best sex she ever had.

I never got anything pierced. I'd be really scared of infection, but I think the two basic categories of piercings are the Prince Albert and the Barbells along the shaft.

I guess another fear of mine would be having the two piercings getting caught, but I doubt that rarely happens.
