I'm really wishing I could be of more help to a friend. I'm pretty sure I'm failing miserably in my attempts to help........... just gotta keep on trying I guess.

My butt has been dragging all day long. A train woke me up after about 2 hours of sleep last night and I was never able to get back to sleep.

Tonight at the kids baseball practice I got in the batting cage and had my buddy throw me a few pitches. First time in about 15 years I've actually faced live pitching like that. Damn, it felt good.

--- bonus fact: I can't hit the baseball like I used to be able to but I was able to get a couple of good licks in.
