I guess frustrated is the word for it. I'm wondering why there is a Tooth Fairy but not a Hair Fairy for balding men. If there was such a thing I'd have plenty of money to pay for the damn mess I've got in my basement instead of taking money I had earmarked for something else to pay for it.
