1. My daughter was the sports star today, scoring the first shot of her basketball game and the first and third goals of her soccer game. She was pretty darn proud of herself.

2. I just finished the experimental cake. I've got my fingers crossed it's edible tomorrow for the birthday.

3. I had the most glorious nap this afternoon, which makes me wish I had that luxury on a daily basis. *sigh*
