Sorry Wildeye just to correct you, sex between consenting men is not a criminal offence. The problem is if men cruise and perform a sex act either in a public place or where a member of the public might witness the act then the ofence is outraging public decency. This applies to heterosexual couples or if a man exposes himself or masturbates in public. Provided the act is in private or out of public view there is no criminal offence.
