I was on Lustral (Sertraline), twice as it happens, and I got the delayed orgasm thing with that as well. In my case though, I was with a new partner at the time, and she thought it was wonderful I could last so long! ('course, I'm wonderful anyway, but that's by the by!) Didn't get any other side-effects either time, and I was on it a minimum of a year each time. I had tried a couple of others before that, though, one was Seroxat (SSRI) the other Lofepramine (Tricyclic). They did NOT agree with me at all, and my Doc was not a fan of Prozac, hence the Lustral.

I have to say WI, I haven't heard of them being used to treat premature ejaculation here, but I guess I can see the attraction for some people. Drugs can work funny ways a lot of the time; remember that Viagra was originally meant to be an anti-depressant too!!!
