I slept poorly last night, everytime I woke I realized I had been "dreaming" of work. A sure sign that I am in desperate need of a break.

I haven't been taking care of myself like I should, I need to re-adopt a me first attitude.

I'd like to indulge in a pampering spa session ... massage virgin.
