It's funny how squeamish we've become.
At the height of the cold war, America deemed a strike of less than 30 warheads to be not catastrophic, except locally.
Now one primitive but potent rocket has them in a spin.
I suspect that a couple of dozen stealthy cruise missiles fired from a freighter off the coast could be infinitely more devastating.
Money Pyongyang is spending on flashy displays is money not being spent on more serious weapons ( or health, social services, schools, roads, internet porn or other worthwhile things).
