1. I had two very intense and satisfying hours with my sweetie
2. My daughter came home with all A & B's on her progress report and was so proud of her that we went out and ate way too much to celebrate! 
3. I had my best day walking on the treadmill since I started. *Good thing considering what I ate today!  * |
