I didn't have any problems with sex during pregnancy. Toward the end I too was extremely wanton! We found creative ways to enjoy geat sex. One way was using a particular chair in the living room where he could kneel and I could lean back with my belly out of way.

Of course you will have to let your lady know that you are there for her when/how ever she needs ya!
