I usually use a razor and find I can only bare to touch it up about once a week or it's just too sore.

Professional waxing is an all round better option (not that painful and much slower, less irritating regrowth), but as yet I've been too shy to ask for a "Brazilian" or a "Hollywood" hence using a razor most of the time....
