Whenever the virgin question comes up, I can only think of one thing to add, and it goes a little like this:
For some, virginity is a strike against them, and they often go to stupid lengths to get rid of the "V" chip on their shoulder. In they end, they usually regret the frivolous distribution of their innocence and sometimes even wish they had it again to do over.
For others, it's a badge of honor and morality that they wear too proudly. People like that really make me mad, because they tend to think that they're doing something amazing and everyone else should, too and if you don't, you're a terrible person.
The trick is this. To lose or maintain your virginity because other people tell you to is the dumbest thing you can do with your sexuality. It's yours, that's that, and you should do what you want with it. Not what anyone else wants.
