It would be while at the Drs office for an annual physical. Wearing one of the the lovely mini-skirt gowns. I got hard for no reason(thinking about the nurses probably), my dr. walks in (attractive female no less) and she says lay back. I hesitated, and she, out of the clear blue, says, "just lay back, I have two kids at home, I've seen erections before." So I laid back, and there he stood.
