I've followed this story for a long time and this is such a heart wrenching development.

Yes, I remember clearly this event. :( I think it is a strange coincidence that these photos turn up in conjunction with the recent news of JonBennet. Noreen Gosch is an amazing woman and has gone through a lot - there have been many sightings of Johnny and calls to this woman reporting knowing about his abduction reported. The news tonight did report that investigators are still looking into the authenticity of the photos. I remember our local newspaper stopped having teens deliver the papers after Johnny Gosch and Eugene Martin (not sure last name) were abducted from their routes.. :(

Other animals can be cruel & heartless, but we seem to be the only species that does it just for kicks...Mark Twain said it best, "Man is the only animal that blushes...or needs to."

The poor mother and the hell she must be living through, all over again.

People can be such shits.

And they say the photos were taken hours or days after he was abducted. I can't imagine what that poor woman is going through right now.

Talk about torture....some people are so heartless....

Interesting that he contacted her in 1997...but is hiding his identity. It's sad thinking about the many things thta could have been done to the boy that preserved his life but permanently destroyed his relationship with his family

That is cruel. But maybe it will lead to a breakthrough.
