A concerned group of women have requested that everyone please be vigilant while walking through their local parks in the Heartland. A photographer in somewhat of a state of undress has been spotted and the women area actively seeking him out. The gentleman has been described as a patronly fellow with impeccable manners and extreme wit & intelligence. Please study the attached picture carefully...it's the only clue.

While at this point, he's only wanted for questioning...the nature of the questions has yet to be clarified.
