Not sure it works that way...
While prostate massage has intensified a few orgasms, they were still primarily the result of penile stimulation...my experience in the doc's office was prostate massage that resulted in a little bitty ejaculation, just enough to provide a semen sample...& while it wasn't the worst thing I ever experienced, it certainly didn't count as a true honest-to-God orgasm...but maybe that's just me...
