Pistons in 5, 2004

Yeah, they just spanked the Lakers. Bet there are a LOT of pissed off people who bet 6 to 1 odds in favor of the Lakers.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

I'm pretty much postin' everywhere atm. ;)

Those who do know me, know I'm a VERY die-hard Pistons' fan.

Best part is, if they re-sign 'Sheed this off-season, Detroit could be just as good if not better next season. <beams>

Fist, I'm so glad they won. I'm sooooo tired of the Lakers this and the Lakers that. Like the Yankees, buying all the big talent available does not guarentee a title every year.

Second, O my God, you are beautiful. Interesting that your caption is "Multi-Sexual." I just now looked at your pictures, and wow, you are beautiful. The one in the My 'get to know me' pics titled heather_faceshot_feb_02.jpg, had a strange effect on me.

The instant I saw it, saw you, I was kissing you. It was somewhere between imagination and actuality. I didn't just think about kissing your sumptous lips, I did kiss them, but in this world I didn't. I can't explain it, but I totally enjoyed the experience. It was a soft, long kiss with very little movement. Like our souls were floating back and forth into eachother through the connection of our joined lips. I was tingling and like rejuvenated.

Although it was all my trip, still, thank you for the wonderful experience. You must be absolutely electrifying in person.

To the Girl Everyone Wants to Kiss,
Larry

-rofl- Thank you Larry. Larry, say hi to Lekov, my hubby. ;)

Lekov 06-15-2004 11:38 PM

As for the sports - I couldn't agree more.

Actually, same goes for my wifey here (I almost never post, so they just see her husband's name is: Nick)

:D

Hi Lekov! Welcome!

Woot! The underdog prevailed! There were some bitter people at work who had a lot of money on the game! :D

Thank ya', Steph.

Being from Michigan, I was surrounded by people who thought the Pistons could win, but wow national media has been beating on our boys for over a week now. Lordy, one guy on the panel today was like: if the lakers here win this, and make it 3-2 with the last two in LA, there's a lot of sentiment that the lakers will win this.

<grins> HUGE Pistons fan. Loved what I saw. The 'team' beat the 'me first' players. :D

Gilly 06-16-2004 08:14 AM

I personally liked Kobe's garuntee that the Lakers would win last night. :D

I am so very proud of the city of Detroit!! They proved all the media types like Jimmy Kimmel wrong............Detroit CAN win a championship and NOT burn the city down!!! Apparently The Red Wings winning the Stanley Cup 3 times in the past 7 years and the city not rioting, and the Pistons winning back to back championships in '89 and '90 and the city not rioting then either hasn't been enough to prove that we don't burn the city down every time there is something to celebrate!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to the Pistons. and most especially to Joe Dumars who built one hell of a team!!

I may live in Missouri now, but when it comes to sports teams, I'm still a die-hard Detroiter!!!

GO PISTONS!!!!

Normally I would root for the underdog... but I'd really like to see Gary Payton get a championship ring. He played solid ball for the Sonics for so many years... I was hoping the Laker's would take it just for that reason.

Kudos to the Pistons though... commanding the series when they were given hardly any chance of winning.

Joe D has always been a basketball favorite of mine. Up there with guys like David Robinson as a class act. The league needs more of these kinds of guys in it, who are stars, don't fret and pout like stars, and avoid the problems that a lot of today's stars (kobe?) land themselves in.

Dumars put together a team based on the scraps of others (think the Washington Wizards wouldn't like to have Ben Wallace, Rasheed Wallace, Richard Hamilton or even Darvin Ham back?), and put together a good group of guys.
