Multicrap from Multimap
 

I recieved an e-mail from Multimap (I use MSN/Hotmail). Load of shite. I immediately deleted it. I could not believe it - Multimap of all sites.

What you got was a virus...it is not relevant who sent it because these worms infect address books. Hotmail removed the attachment to save you from getting the virus.

Yes, thanks Lilith. I did know it was a virus and that they removed it. :)

Then why are you pissed with Multimap?...they did not send it. It's from someone who had them in their address book.

They're a shit site anyway. Can never zoom in close enough.

Yup I'm guessing it's the Netsky virus I've had a couple of those recently............bloody annoying now that most visrus' spoof the from address. It makes it very hard to trace the person that is actually infected. Also most corperations use anti-virus software that sends an email back to the person it thinks sent the virus explaining that they're infected and most of the time it just ends up going to someone that has nothing to do with it!

I think I got no less than 7 virus filled emails today. This ones a pain.

My provider,has a free of charge,service,that takes the potentially
infected e-mail out! Irish
