Spitroast on the menu . . .
So we were sitting in a restaurant earlier giggling about the fact that we wanted a 'Spitroast'......and it got us thinking:
What perfectly innocent everyday words get you giggling like a school girl because of their other, more sinister implications? For me, we were recently shopping and Fussy had to pay £20.69. He handed over a £20 note saying to the male shop assistant 'Here's your 20' and my mind just filled in the next sentence 'And here's your 69'. Fussy didn't actually say that to the guy and was totally oblivious to my thoughts but I had to bite my lip and look at the floor until we were safely out of the shop before collapsing in laughter! |
Another food item ... in fact ... another roast. Rump roast always puts a smile on my face. Not nearly as funny as the 20.69. Cute. :)

"Wanna fork?" I innocently said as I held one up to my husband..........
|
Oh my God, I'm sure there are a million things we think of throughtout the day . . .it's amazing what becomes part of an innuendo!

Has he come yet? :)

There are a few that get me giggling at certain times, I think it depends on my mood though. The first thing that comes to mind on reading this thread is a campground sign....My boyfriend and I were driving by and he pointed it out and said that it made him giggle everytime he saw it. Upon reading it I couldn't help but giggle too.
It was... The Happy Beaver...:D |
My brother used to walk around the hardware store when he was a teenager....a screw in hand and ask anyone he saw..."Wanna Screw?"
|
I am going shopping at lunch today for a new tree in my front yard...a red bush to be exact. I know a great looking clerk where I am going...cannot wait to ask if I can see her red bush..
|
once I was showing a house to a very christian couple.....she asked me about some moss growing under the cedar shakes....I told her they were mico orgasims.....her eyes bulged out and she corrected me....so...I had to say...well, that's how they got that way I suppose....lol
|
In the grocery store... walking down the isle, my hubby picked up some summer sausage and just grinned............. sometimes you don't have to say a word.. the look is all it takes. :)
|
Yes my hubby always asks if I want to eat some italian sausage (since he is mostly italian)....I mostly just roll my eyes at him til he says he wants to drink some irish cream (from me). :)
