How many countries have you been to..?
I've not ever been out of Australia....
So Tell me where you've been? |
I'm not all that well traveled ... been to about 40 of the US States, into Canada a couple of times (but not very far over the border either time) and into Mexico, but just into the border towns .... kind of a homebody I guess. :)
|
Thailand and I guess 14 European countries.
|
I've been to America 3 times.
Corfu (Greek Island) once. Would Scotland and Wales count ? They're different countries just part of the UK :D |
US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Japan, France, England, Wake Is., Switzerland, Luxemberg (sp), Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, and Austria. Lived in US, Germany and Japan.
I wanna go to Australia, Italy, Greece and the Holy Land. Don't know that I'll ever get to though :( |
1....north as New Jersey and west as New Mexico but have stuck to the coastal states. I have a wicked need to see the Northwest of this country and hope to visit the UK at some point;)
|
I have never left the USA.
|
I'm sorry to say that I've never been out of the USA. I don't count Tijuana (Mexico) when I went there for a couple of hours with my family when I was in high school. I have a master's in Chinese studies and am a Buddhist from a sect out of Japan, but I've never been fortunate enough to go to any part of Asia. Would love to go to Australia, New Zealand, parts of Asia, Russia, Sweden, and Norway (since I still have relatives in Sweden and Norway). Maybe someday...when I win the lottery....
|
let's see... I live in the USA, been to Colombia, Canada, Spain, Androrra, England and Scottland (does that count, or should it just be the UK?), and South Africa.
|
I've been a VERY lucky girl, when it comes to traveling. I've been to
France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece (mainland), Cyprus, Corfu, Rhodes, Crete, Malta, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Morocco, Kenya, Indonesia (and Scotland and Wales if they count - I think any Scot or Welshman would say that they do! Lol) Places I'd LOVE to visit: Australia, the States, Canada, Thailand and Malaysia (been to the airport to stop for refuelling but didn't get off the plane!) |
If you count the UK countries then about 20

Sharniqua
I live in the States, and I’ve visited Austria, Canada, China (Macao), Crete, Egypt, England, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Kenya, Liberia, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Sudan, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, and Wales I regret having not taken the opportunity I had to visit Australia & New Zealand. Perhaps some day… |
I've only ever traveled the eastern coast of the US and up into Canada......from Key West (most southern point in the US) and every state all the way up to Canada. Not all in the same day of course...lol! Almost went to Cuba (by boat) one day....but the captain got sick and we didn't make it. I've been as far west as Ohio....whoopie! But I'd love to travel to the west coast.....Washington, California...etc. with a few stops in between and then over to Hawaii. And I'd love to see Ireland, England, Scotland and Australia. We should all do a Pixies time share thing. LOL! Who wants to stay in a farmhouse in N.E. Pennsylvania?

Never been out of the US. Would love to go to Austraila
|
Canada once. September 1998
Germany twice. June 1991 and July 1992-July 1993. And the US the rest of the time. For places like Australia/USA/Canada, it might also be meaningful to say how many states/provinces/etc you've been to. So in that case: USA: New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan (Upper and lower), Virginia, DC and Florida. Canada: Ontario only Germany: Every Bundesland (there are 16) EXCEPT Baden-Württenburg and the Saarland. |
