Well, for my part, I understood that second part all along. Can't speak for others.

I guess it depends on how badly you want your toes sucked.

Don't some people pay professionals for that?

I doubt there's anyone paying for their hotel rooms to be broken into, and subsequent non-consentual toe sucking to take place.
