Not so many years ago
A momma was aglow,
While daddy sat beside her
In his eyes his pride did show.

Nestled in her mommy's arms
A new life squirmed and smiled,
A little girl we call now Lixy
Was a lovely newborn child.

She'd grow up into a lady,
As fine as pure whilte snow ...
One we'd all be truly glad,
To one day get to know.

She fills in us a special place,
Warm and nice and fun,
Dancing life's bright happy dance,
Shining like the sun.

So on this day we celebrate,
The joy she's given us,
And wish for Lixy only joy,
And a life of happiness!
