yeah, work does tend to bring one down. the day was grey here...until the afternoon, while i was inside working...then the sun came out! typical.

I see you like guitars as well as cars... or you an acoustic or electric kinda guy... or both?

electric for the most part. i like sound and texture...effects. i teach it as well. between the weekend gigging and the teaching, it's all i do for a living at the moment. it's getting to be too thin financially (the band isn't booking as much because of the summer season), but it's a friggin blast!

mmm....i love talking gear!

my current rig includes a peavey wolfgang, peavey hp signature, fender strat, and my old dearmond m75t...all played through a fender hot rod dlx.

if i had the money floating around, i'd purchase a gretch 6118t and a vox ac30 top drive (of the vintage flavor, no re-issue). i think that combination of existing gear and the high-dollar stuff would keep me drooling for awhile.

i've always wanted a mesa triple rec in my posession as well, however i think that wouldn't really be my flavor of choice. an orange would be a nice thing to try...then again genz-benz makes an amp whos features sound appealing...
