Ok, well, as some of you may, or may not know (if somehow you stumbled on my only pic thread), I have very long hair that reaches almost to my wasit in the back. I was curious as to how people (men and women) deal with long hair when they are having sex? For me, my hair always seems to get in the damn way! Oral...mmm hair...missionary style...oh look, more hair...leaning forward...yup you guessed it :P

Usually I bring something to tie it up, but...I tend to get vigorous more than likely and *whoosh* out it springs forth. I really don't feel like cutting it (maybe like Sampson I will lose my strength and prowess! :D), so tell me Pixie's: how you deal with long hair, and if you have any funny stories about long hair and the aggravations it can cause in the bedroom (or out of the bedroom ;))

My other half loves long hair and has encouraged me in my decision to grow mine.

However, he's starting to realise the disadvantages as everytime he comes near me, I'm screaming in pain as he's leaning on my hair!

I find the worse thing is that in a good long kissing session if I'm on my back, my hair will get really quite matted as it's very fine, but there's loads of it. Years ago my hair went well past my shoulders and I used to have to put it up to go down, if you know what I mean. My then boyfriend always new he was in for a treat when I'd lean over to the table, grab a scrunchie and start to make 'blow job hair' as we called it!

I have no idea how to stop hair getting in the way during sex....but then having wild flowing locks dancing about one's and shoulders is surely all part of the fun?

Well in most of my fantasizing, I usually have both hands wrapped up in his hair and it's not so much a problem ;) I also have this image of his hair cascading down my body as he places tiny kisses along the trail moving southward. :hot:

I like my hair long too but I know what you mean about it being in the way...the least he can do while I suck his cock is to hold my hair...gives him a false sense of control anyways. I say let it flow...It's beautiful from what I remember and may serve to be an added tool.

Wife has long very thick & full hair down to mid-back, & when she ties it back I like to refer to it as my "handle"...

It has never been a problem for me, but then I've only dated girls with long hair, not really long hair.

Hubby has gotten very good at gathering it all up in his hand if I go down. Or I pull it all back and secure it in a bun. I do hate being on my back and having to say "Ouch get off my hair." But it just one of the many things we have to deal with. :)

I like leaving it down during sex (especially when going down) but I'm more than familiar with the pain of an arm on my hair. :D

oddly enough i love my hair pulled but when i try to lean up and he's on my hair OHHHch. or in missionary when he moves me across the bed my hair remains under me causing my neck to arch. damn he has to lift me to get my hair out....like others i tend to pull mine back in the begining but rarely does it stay up.

during oral i like him to hold it for me. someone mentioned 'false control' i LOVED that because it so caught the real feeling.


then again there is something cool about being on all fours, and flicking the hair back while being nailed and slapping him in the face with hair. if i am lucky at that point he'll grab a handfull and fuck me harder......damn i am getting carried away....

She used to wear hers to her lower back. Other than the occasional problem of it accidently getting pulled (if she's on the bottom, putting it on the pillow first goes a long way towards avoiding problems) it has never been much of a problem.

My hair is mid-back now...but used to be down to my booty. ;) I typically put it up in a french twist or a bun before sex, as my hair is really fine and starts to look stringy if it gets whipped around too much......and I really hate having it pulled. Of course, sometimes I use it strategically as a toy to tantalize him during sex........but it gets put up afterwards. :D

I have to say that while on top I do tend to hide behind my hair a little.....just a reaction to the vulnerability of my face and body being so on display.

as a guy with waist length hair, yes I understand the problem, lol...
the only time I pull it back is in the begining for foreplay, I hate contantly
having to move it when I am enjoying putting my tounge to work :slurp: even in a ponytail alot of times it drops over my shoulder and gets in the way.
it does get in the way sometimes during sex but I prefer to let it out then

I have almost always had long hair... and I don't recall it ever being a problem... could be because I love my hair pulled ;)

My hair's about halfway down my back and I usually just keep it pulled back except when the woman asks me to turn it loose... then I'll end up swallowing some of it during oral... (hate when that happens)

I have always had long hair,,,, at times to my knees and more often I let it fluctuate between my ass and my bra strap. If I am going down on a partner I usually put my hair to one side over my shoulder although I do prefer someone to fist it for me... mmm there's just something about a pair of hands tugging at my hair while I go about my business. Hubby likes it when I drag my hair along his body too. I do roll over on my hair or my hubby lays on it sometimes but it doesn't hurt me that much. The worst problem I seem to have is I tend to "shed" alot. So my hair ends up everywhere.... and I do mean everywhere but its a small price to pay.

Hehe I understand, I shed a ton too, I swear I am my own pet!

Short hair
 

When I was a teen, my hair was usually a bit more than shoulder length, when I was fourteen it was about bra-strap length.
Nursing schoool taught me the advantage of keeping it short. Nursing in a hospital is a very messy, tiring business, and short hair was a godsend.
At this time in my life I also began exploring my bisexuality, and having VERY short hair became part of my sexual identity.
It has never been longer than shoulder length since, and is usually cut down to about 2-3 inches, (just long enough for someone to curl their fingers in it).

Yeah, it's the price you pay for long hair.

But you can't run your fingers through short hair. Otherwise I don't mind my wife cutting hers fairly short but I do miss running my fingers through it.

As stated, that's simply the price for the pleasure. In my opinion, I get off easy with the relatively small cost vrs value.

Long hair can be a pain sometimes, but dam I love a man that can run his fingers thru my hair. Just thinking about it.......*shudders*...mmmmm.
