How often do you do it?
 

Probabaly been done before, but on doing a search I couldn't get it to work right so for my curiousity can we do it again? Been talking to my s/o recently about our sex drives. And got curious as to how often everyone out there has sex with their s/o's. We have been dating for about 4 months and see each other approx. 4 days a week. We average 2 to 3 times a day. To be honest, I've had more sex in the last 4 months than I have had in the last 5 years! Yipppeeee!!!! Sure hope we can keep up the pace, because it is an absolute blast!

my bf and i used to have sex 2-3 times a day when we started dating. we have been together for almost 2 years now, and its down to once a day. i think its mostly because we are so used to each other. but the sex is still excellent!

like huntersgirl, my gf of 4 months and I average 2-3 times a day, but we can usually only see each other about 3 days a week. We have a date in about 2 hours! Yippee!

My last gf and I were together about 2.5 years, and we too got it down to about once a day, but we were able to see each other more days a week. The sex with her just kept getting better and better, but wasn't enough to keep us together.

I'd say quality counts over quantity.

Yeah 2- 3 times a day, my and my gal could certainly do that much, but how do u all go abt preventing pregnancy, condoms r in the way all the time... so we now cut down to maybe 3 - 4 times a week... thinking of the pill but gal said it had side effects...

Been a damn long time for me... BUT... I still hold on to the belief that it is indeed QUALITY over quantity... yeah.. I could probably go to one of the local dives... find a one night stand... but it just isn't worth it for me...

I used to be a 1-2 times a dayer....but lately 2 times a month is a good month.

We've been averaging only a few times a month, too, but that has more to do with us working opposite schedules.

Want it on a daily basis...but at this time i am alone....so hopefully things will pick up....but since i am in my prime....my sex drive has increased so much...

Do you think there is any truth to that prime thing? I feel like there are numerous "primes" in ones life. I can remember in my my mid twenties feeling like I couldn't be anymore "into" sex. And people would say you are just reaching your prime. Then now in my early 30's even more "into" sex, and again I read somewhere that it is the "prime". So my personal opinion is....even though hormones and such have a huge part in sex drive, it is more how comfortable you are with yourself. The more in tune and confident you are in what you want and need, and of course how well you can communicate that to your partner, plays the biggest part in feeling like you are in your "prime". And life experience makes all of that possible, not necessarily sexual experience. So with my philosophy things can only get better.;) Looking forward to my forties:D

What are we all doing??! Two or three times a month and our S/Os are asleep in bed whilst we post? Oh right, my guy has been asleep for several hours . . . I've got to get on the same schedule as him. It's part of the reason I'm looking for other work now. Let love rule, as Mr. Kravitz says. :)

With my ex it was two or three times a month and even then I had to force myself......

With my current delicious pixie playmate, it's well.......would be difficult to say when one session ends and the next begins (we see each other at the weekends so work doesn't get in the way) ....I suppose I'd have to say that we do it once a day all day, with breaks for food and drink occasionally. :D :D :D

Oh and a word of advice to the guys out there who aren't getting enough: make sure you spend plenty of time touching and carressing your SOs in a non-sexual way, and you may find you get more sex. My ex got so that everytime he'd touch me, he wanted it to lead to sex and I just felt pressured. Kisses cuddles and strokes, don't always have to lead to sex, and if you make sure that she's confident that that's not all you're interested in, she'll eventually be more free with sex too. That's just my experience anyway - if it helps anyone...great. x

Never EVER often enough, but maybe once or twice on a weekend if I'm lucky. :P (Of course, last time was Tuesday early in the morning, so hey!)

once or twice a week for me...not enough but that's my reality with young kids and a crazy work week.

For me its never enough but I have learned to appreciate the times I do get. Probably a couple times a week but I would love to get more...

We did it 2 per day when first married, but it has been down hill since. We have alot of stress in our lives, which doesn't help the mood. I keep telling her that sex is the best stress releaver that I know of, but hasn't help that much. Would love to get back to 2 per day again.

we have once every day to be honest for the past 14 years, in the begining it was 2 - 4 times now it is 1 time each day.

I would have to say about once a month, she works 55 hours a week and goes to school, and I work and go to school. Like 2-4-tea said, thank god for masturbation.

with ScarletAngel and I it really varries... sometimes we will do it 4-5 times in a 24 hour period and sometimes we go a few days without... with us it just is really whenever we are in the mood. Also sometimes one of us is in the mood and the other isn't so we just hang out while one of us masturbates... I love it! It's the best sex life I have ever had with anyone! I love her too! :D

All of these people saying they have sex 2 or 3 times a day. How do you find the time? Once a day seems like a blast, maybe twice a day - morning and night, but 3 times??? Wow!

I just read Hunters comment about being in your "prime". I totally agree! So many things contribute to your sexual desire and willingness. Being comfortable with yourself plays a huge part in your ability to enjoy and therefore your desire and need for sex. As I get older the quantity of sex may not increase greatly, but I am certain the quality will.
