While I love this weather, a good shower would make my grass happier. It's starting to dry out a bit for the first time this summer.

70F with rain here right now. It's been dreary all day long.

Just heard on radio that tomorrow we will be under a flash flood watch starting in the afternoon thru sunday afternoon, we will get 2-4inches with some spots getting up to 8 inches of rain. It will be the remnants of Ike. We had 2inches of rain today so the ground is already wet.

RAIN! RAIN! RAIN! Rained yesterday all day and raining again today with 1-2" expected. Another 1-2" tonight and still another 1-2" tomorrow. :(

It's kind of made a mess of a local fall "Pumpkin Festival."

It was rainy and dreary all day here today with a high of around 57F.

Rained all day here too, but I refuse to call it dreary. 1st rain we've had since Ike blew past...heard the showers outside, & I coulda sworn that I heard the plant life sighing in unison...

55F right now. Expected to get up to around 70F today under mostly sunny skies ... then drop to about 44F tonight. Beautiful fall day if you ask me. I'm suggesting we keep this pattern until next spring. :)
