We've got steel siding and so I haven't had to paint the house for many years now, but I do paint the trim every year or two.

That's probably been (knock on wood) a year or so ago. Don't remember exactly.

When was the last time you had a bad night's sleep?

About a week ago last Wednesday and Thursday when I was wearing that "fanny pack" after chemo. That's a pain to sleep with but if it's the worst I have to endure ... it's not quite so bad! ;)

Property taxes just a month or so ago.
