My girl has been gone almost 3 weeks, got 2 more to go......yup, I miss her!!!!
But the quiet time has been really nice too!!

I think men should expereince the female hormone emotional rollercoaster.

1. Visited one of Mr Osuche's friends from his Master's program, who is staying with friends in San Jose. Friend and wife are extreme introverts and the visit exhausted both of us

2. As a result of #1, we skipped the trip to wine country

I had a terribly stressful day at work and *no* time to myself

I have one class left to go and I get a month and a half off of classes!

I have a couple of big negotiations scheduled this week, and I am looking forward to them

1. I applied for 3 new jobs this evening, jus because I got bitten by the bug. That, and maybe I am a bit sick of being dumped on at work.

1. I recieved my VA Healthcare Enrollment confirmation letter in the mail......yippee!!!( I should get a phone call for my first appointment long about May, '08 :rolleyes: )

1. I was thinking today that a year ago next week, Winston77 was commenting about the fireworks on Boston on TV, and I responded with the comment that next year I'd probably be there. It was a happy thought.

2. I cooked lasagna, but got taken out to dinner instead. He ate lobster...so I am hoping to get laid tonight.

3. Tomorrow I have a BIG day...a friend in from Austin who I haven't seen for 10 years. I am nervous.

I wanna stay in bed all day and snuggle with Booger.

I'm hoping the Drama Queen shows up for at least a half a day of work.

I need an extra me.

3. I got a feeling of relief today.

1. I'm definitely going to have to make a drop-off at the thrift store, since I spent most of the evening cleaning out boxes in my storage space.

2. I love the fact I don't have to go to work tomorrow--or the next day.

3. I found out my favorite teacher is going to my 20th high school reunion. Wish I could go so bad!

1. I've got old capri's on today because I intend to go nowhere - they are about two sizes too big and hang on my hips and the thighs are about two times the size of mine :eek:

2. One of my favorite stores at the mall closed, now I'll have to venture out to the other nicer mall that's farther away - I'm worried about it's impact on my wallet.

3. I stocked up on B&BW yesterday. I haven't shopped there in so long, but couldn't pass up their sale and my stash of shower gel was getting low.

1. I used my favorite appliance today and I couldn't be happier--my carpet cleaner. ;)

2. It looks like the rain *might* hold off for the fireworks tonight.

3. I am really, really irritated at a situation over which I have no control, and it pisses me off. :hair:

1. My final is due today, and I am going to finish it if it kills me

2. I have big plans for the rest of the summer, the 6 weeks I don't have class...and they involve writing a business plan and figuring out my future

3. I'm still not feeling well and rested, and I don't understand why I am always so tired...I either need a vacation or something is seriously wrong. <sigh> Let's work on the vacation first.
