Relieved that the severe thunderstorm warning ended with only a very brief (though strong) downpour. The warning's been lifted now. :)

vindicated- Less Than Honorable Son #1 was being a total assholio (He's 17, I know it's his job) about mowing the lawn this week for his dad. Mind you, we use a cheap push mower and my yard is gigantic with steep hills midway in the back. I told him to leave the mower and I'd do it. He argued (mistake) and then said, "you can't mow the whole thing."



The Father's Day gift I will be giving will be to allow Mr. Lil to believe his slack ass kid actually did it for him :(

Tired, happy to be home, sad to be changing homes

Tired but good after helping with the ceremonies at a Special Olympics held in Bloomington last night. Thousands of folks from all over the State of Illinois participated. Quite an event!

Impressed. The boy I had a date with the other night is a guitar-playing god. :D

And excited - my sister's getting here soon :D:D:D:D
