Cleaned up some cuz friends are coming over tonight

had friends around for dinner
2 year old managed to bash her nose and make it blead
got a fw things tidied up in the garden

I really wish my 'friend' lived closer
I'm sure Bilbo does too *LOL*

I've been horny all day
I wore a skirt today
I am tickled it's Friday!

1) Sat in 4 hours of planning meetings

2) Met my new M.D.

3) So very glad it is Friday!

I leaned something fundamental about my job today...and it wasn't good
I'm burned out because I work too hard
I had pizza for dinner...LOVED it!

Took baby to an Easter Egg Hunt for pictures---those kids were animals I tell ya!

1. I got a load full of mush last night, as well as two unexpected phone calls today from a very busy man. Life is good.

2. I went shopping today and, for the first time in my life, everything I took into the dressing room with me fit perfectly...making it difficult to put anything back on the rack. ;)

3. I'm fortunate to have found friends here who have welcomed my family with open arms and Easter dinners.

1. A nurse came to me this morning to do what is required so I can get some health insurance. :rolleyes:

2. I got my hair cut and colored and now look FABULOUS!! :cool:

3. We have finally settled on what kind of car to get and can stop the looking and test driving. :D

i started back at work for the 1st time in over a week... doesn't it suck returning when its been a while?

something now has an air of finality over it... probably just as well and time it was totally behind me.

Made a phone call to a friend I hadn't called in a long time.

So glad to see pixies back up.....now I realllllly see how addicted I am.

Well, since I was without the Pixies site, I had my imagination going strong.
I kept having visions of something pink and lovely.
I was hoping when the site was restored, that I'd see something beautiful.

WOW! ALL MY DREAMS CAME TRUE! ^^^^

1) Day started way too early...in office by 6am. Ugh!

2) Left office at 615pm

3) Dog tired now...but happy our little community here is back on-line.

3. Wiped the tear from my eye when I found out Pixies was back on line

Went shopping at the outlets

Made a nice dinner

Got to actually lay on the couch for a bit

I had an interview today I feel good about.
I let a friend use my yard for video shoot.
I let a Pixie touch my heart.

1. My sweetheart and I are falling into a comfortable routine...and it's nice.

2. I've color-coordinated my clothes for tomorrow so that I can wear my new, gorgeous earrings.

3. I haven't started packing for the upcoming flight. *sigh*

Compiled a strategy document for work, and won points with my boss :)
Got all the classes I wanted for Fall Sememster....and did a small happy dance
Called Mr. Osuche and let him know how much I missed him

Spent $90 on groceries :(

Friend stopped by for a little bit

Actually took a nap.......so it wasn't long, but it was nice.

1. My boss had a half-day trial scheduled, which ended up settling at the courthouse...but not before two cameramen and eight reporters, including one from "20/20" showed up and wanted to speak with him. How cool is that?

2. We got the memo at work today about "Staff Appreciation Week" next week--apparently we get taken out to a nice, nice place for lunch on Friday, and I get the impression we don't go back, since lunch lasts 2-3 hours. LMAO.

3. I am looking forward, in a way, to peace and quiet.

I took my boys to the skateboard park for a while tonight.
I am praying the message on my machine is an offer and not a polite decline.
I'm drinking coffee before bed!

Got to finish up a statue I'm restoring that'll be donated to a church in Kentucky
Need to work on our back lawn and plant some flowers for my wife

Went to the children's park for a little bit

Filled up my truck with $59 worth of gas (damn)

Paid for our yearly tags

1. Got my car insurance bill, one more crappy thing in a day full of crappy things

2. Dealt with school beaurocracy in order to get a letter that I *hope* will get me class credit.

3. Realized that several others share my frustration with my company...although I'm still not sure what to do about it!

1. I was VERY social today in class, and I loved every minute of it

2. Spent some time talking to my prof about gender-based communications issues

3. Went to the (outdoor) mall and walked around with Mr. Osuche....ate CPK....and made love....all in all not a bad day at all!
